Refund policy

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed within 14 days of order delivery date. 

Return Authorization is required for all items being returned.

Email styleestatbirthandcompany@gmail.com  for all return or exchange questions and approval.

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once Return Authorization is received, ship the item(s) to Style Est. At Birth.

Upon receiving your Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.

There will be $7 shipping fee that will be applied for all exchanges. An invoice will be sent prior to your exchange order being processed.
